Most decor items ship within 3–5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 7–14 business days for specialized freight delivery to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are Alise products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Alise furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal household use.
